6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share data only in these limited circumstances:

  • With your organization: If you are part of an institution, your learning data (sessions, progress) is visible to your organization’s administrators
  • Service providers: We use Google Cloud Platform for hosting and data storage
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

7. Data Retention

  • Active account data is retained as long as your account is active
  • Upon account deletion request, all personal data is removed within 30 days
  • Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for service improvement

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update or correct your information
  • Deletion: Request complete deletion of your data
  • Export: Request your data in a portable format
  • Opt-out: Disable notifications and optional data collection

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the facilities where our servers are located.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
